Job Summary

LA Excellence Academy is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to connect with prospective students and parents, provide course information, generate admission leads, and support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided databases.
Explain the academy's courses, programs, fee structure, and admission process.
Follow up with interested leads and encourage them to visit the campus or proceed with admissions.
Handle incoming enquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and admission status.
Coordinate with the Academic Counselling and Admissions teams.
Achieve daily calling targets and contribute to monthly admission goals.




Communicate politely and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Intermediate or any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
Good convincing, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and targets effectively.
