Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associate to identify potential customers, generate leads, promote company products and services, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, social media, and other channels.
Contact potential customers and explain the company’s products and services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer databases and update lead details in the CRM system.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve business performance.
Prepare daily reports on calls, follow-ups, leads, and conversions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
