Ravide Wellness Center is seeking a polished, warm, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist & Telecaller with positive communication skills to manage front-of-house operations, lead client communications, and deliver exceptional hospitality services. You will serve as the first point of contact for our clients—welcoming guests, handling appointments over the phone and online, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch wellness experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:
Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle incoming inquiries regarding center services, consultation packages, therapies, and doorstep diet programs.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage phone, WhatsApp, and online bookings efficiently to maintain optimal daily clinic flow.
Follow-Ups & Reminders: Make outbound calls to remind clients of upcoming appointments, follow up on missed appointments, and collect feedback.
Client Onboarding & Conversion: Inform inquiring clients about available health packages, wellness consultations, and specialized services with clarity and warmth.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
