Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the distributor network across Goa.
Appoint recent distributors and expand market reach.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Manage existing key accounts and develop current key accounts.
Build strong relationships with distributors and customers.
Identify current business opportunities across Retail, Hotels, Healthcare, Institutional and Corporate segments.
Ensure product availability and timely order execution.
Monitor sales, stock, collections and distributor performance.
Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activities.
Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance and Operations teams for smooth execution.
Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Candidate Profile




3–6 years of experience in Sales/Distribution/Key Accounts.
Experience in FMCG, Beauty & Personal Care or Wellness preferred.
Robust distributor and market network in Goa.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong business development and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel across the West region.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
