Profile 1 : Customer Service Executive - Voice Process (Freshers)

Salary: ₹2.8 LPA (Approx. ₹18,000 In-Hand) + Upto 3000 Night Shift Allowance

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through international voice calls.
Provide timely, accurate, and skilled resolutions to customer concerns.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining call quality standards.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Follow company policies, process guidelines,



and quality standards.
Ensure a positive customer experience through effective verbal communication.
