HR Executive – Construction Industry

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and workforce management for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, candidate screening, and employee onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Handle manpower planning and workforce allocation for construction sites.
Implement HR policies and address employee queries and grievances.
Maintain HR reports and support labour law and statutory compliance documentation.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure adequate workforce availability.
Manage employee exits, documentation,



and HR administration.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in HR operations.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
