About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and communicative Business Development Executive Intern to join our team. You will be given a database of potential clients and will be responsible for reaching out to them, pitching our business, and turning raw leads into meaningful sales opportunities. This is a hands-on role that will build your skills in sales, communication, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Make 30 to 50 outbound calls per day to potential clients from the data provided
Introduce and pitch our business, products, and services clearly and confidently
Qualify prospects and convert them into positive leads
Schedule meetings between interested prospects and our team
Convert raw data into qualified, meeting-ready leads
Keep accurate records of calls, responses, and lead status
Follow up with prospects to keep the pipeline moving
Attend the office once or twice a week for performance reviews and progress tracking

Requirements




Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and qualified networking
Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet daily targets
Positive time management and organizational skills
Own laptop/phone and a stable internet connection
