Octane Fitness Gyms is looking for a agile, creative, and result-oriented Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and grow our membership base.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies for gym memberships and promotions.
Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and online branding.
Generate quality leads and convert them into gym memberships.
Plan promotional activities, events, collaborations, and local marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with sales teams to achieve membership and revenue targets.
Track campaign performance and improve marketing ROI.

Requirements:
Experience in marketing, preferably in fitness, gyms, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
Robust communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Creative mindset with a focus on measurable results.

Location: Mohali / Chandigarh / Panchkula / Zirakpur
