Job Summary

JK Spices & Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, supervise warehouse staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure the timely receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records.
Coordinate inward and outward material movements and verify stock against invoices, challans, and delivery documents.
Ensure proper storage, stacking, labeling, and material handling practices.
Supervise warehouse workers and allocate daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with the Supply Chain, Purchase, Sales,



and Accounts teams for timely dispatches and stock updates.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Maintain proper housekeeping, hygiene, and safety standards in the warehouse.
Prepare daily stock reports, dispatch reports, and other warehouse-related MIS.
Monitor loading and unloading activities and minimize stock damage, shortages, and wastage.
Ensure proper documentation of goods received, goods issued, returns, and damaged stock.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
ERP or inventory management software knowledge is preferred.
Good team-handling, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet dispatch deadlines.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in FMCG, food products, or spices warehousing will be an advantage.
Must be organized, disciplined, and capable of managing warehouse staff.
Should have a positive understanding of stock reconciliation, documentation, and warehouse safety procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
