Job Description – Junior Accountant

Industry: Renewable Energy Sector
Location: Kalamassery, Kerala

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support our client's accounting and finance operations in the renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, positive knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Assist with GST-related documentation and statutory compliance.
Support the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports.




Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding invoices and payments.
Assist senior accountants with audits and other finance-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Working knowledge of Tally or other accounting software.
Basic understanding of GST, taxation, and accounting principles.
Positive numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
