About Feedipy

Feedipy is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join our team at our Karnal office. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, banking-related processes, and accurate data management. Knowledge of accounting and Tally will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company records and systems.
Maintain and organize spreadsheets, databases, and digital records.
Use MS Excel for data entry, record management, and preparing reports.
Handle banking-related data, transactions, and documentation as required.
Verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.
Assist with accounting-related documentation and record maintenance, as required.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of business records.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of company and financial information.
Coordinate with team members to support daily operational activities.

Required Skills
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel.




Basic banking knowledge and familiarity with banking-related processes.
Valuable typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency and data management skills.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in data entry, banking operations, back-office operations, or a similar role will be an advantage.
Knowledge of accounting principles and Tally software is a plus.
