Job Title: Loan Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our DSA team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with customers, understanding their financial requirements, and providing suitable loan solutions, including Personal Loans, Overdraft (OD) Limits, and Balance Transfer facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and perks.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions.
Follow up with interested customers and collect required documents.
Coordinate with banking and NBFC partners for loan processing.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

Requirements:
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work with targets.

Job Type: Full time | Work from Office

Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
