Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the company's entire vehicle fleet and daily operations.
Plan and allocate vehicles according to shipment and transportation requirements.
Monitor vehicle movement, trip status and route performance through GPS tracking.
Coordinate with drivers, transporters and operations teams for timely vehicle placement and delivery.
Monitor fuel consumption, mileage and vehicle operating expenses.
Ensure timely vehicle maintenance, servicing and repair activities.
Handle vehicle breakdowns, emergency situations and operational issues.
Maintain records of vehicle documents, insurance, permits, fitness certificates and pollution certificates.
Monitor driver attendance, performance and discipline.




Control fleet operating costs and improve vehicle utilization.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly fleet performance and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with transportation rules, safety standards and company policies.

Required Skills:
3–5 years of experience in Fleet Management / Transport Operations.
Strong knowledge of vehicle management and logistics operations.
Positive knowledge of GPS tracking and route planning.
Understanding of vehicle maintenance, fuel management and fleet documentation.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Robust coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle drivers, vendors and multiple fleet operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
