Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify recent business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales growth in the B2B and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and market research.
Identify and approach potential B2B and industrial clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up with clients to close deals.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, production, dispatch, and payments.
Maintain customer data, sales reports,
and follow-ups using Excel or CRM tools.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills
Positive communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Target-oriented approach with robust follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits, if required.
Education
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Candidate: Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales are welcome to apply.
