Operations Executive – Fleet Management

Job Summary

Support daily fleet availability, vehicle readiness and driver coordination for transport operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain vehicle availability and allocation trackers for planned trips.
Coordinate with drivers on reporting, trip progress and vehicle issues.
Follow up on scheduled maintenance, breakdown updates and vehicle readiness.
Track validity of vehicle documents and notify the responsible team of upcoming renewals.
Prepare fleet utilisation and pending-action reports and escalate service interruptions.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate preferred. Relevant experience in logistics,



transportation or the role’s core function is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable managing time-sensitive follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.

Skills

Fleet tracking, driver coordination, maintenance follow-up, record keeping and Excel.
