ESS Detailing Services is looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader (Tekla) to manage steel detailing projects and lead the detailing team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Tekla detailing team for project execution
Allocate work and monitor daily productivity of modelers and checkers
Review Tekla models, GA drawings, and fabrication drawings before submission
Ensure project quality standards and deadlines are maintained
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal teams
Guide and support junior team members technically
Handle project planning, reporting, and issue resolution
Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Robust hands-on experience in Tekla Structures
Valuable knowledge of steel detailing and U.S. structural/architectural drawings
Leadership and team handling experience preferred
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of team leading experience in steel detailing
