Position: Senior Tender Executive
Location: Mira Road
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-Day Work Week)
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

Job Summary:
The Senior Tender Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, preparing, and submitting tenders, bids, and proposals. The role ensures compliance with tender requirements, coordinates with internal departments, manages documentation, and supports business growth through successful bid participation.

Key Responsibilities
· Monitor tender portals, government websites, and procurement platforms for relevant opportunities.
· Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
· Coordinate with sales, technical, finance, legal, and operations teams to gather required inputs.
· Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
· Ensure all submissions comply with tender requirements, deadlines, and company policies.
· Manage bid documentation, EMDs, bid securities, performance guarantees, and statutory documents.
· Maintain tender calendars, trackers, and records of submitted bids.




· Attend pre-bid meetings and clarify tender-related queries with clients.
· Analyze bid results and maintain a database of wins, losses, and lessons learned.
· Support contract review, negotiation, and post-award documentation processes.
· Develop standard templates and improve bid management processes.
· Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all tender submissions.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
· 6+ years of experience in tendering, bidding, contracts, or proposal management.
· Experience with government, public sector, or large corporate tenders preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
