Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure timely repair of equipment and infrastructure.
Maintain electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, lifts, generators, and other utilities.
Ensure regular preventive maintenance of hospital facilities and equipment.
Coordinate with the Biomedical Department for maintenance-related issues involving medical equipment.
Supervise maintenance staff, technicians, and external service vendors.
Ensure uninterrupted power, water supply, and other essential hospital services.
Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment logs.
Ensure compliance with fire safety, electrical safety, and hospital safety standards.
Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns.
Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure the availability of essential spare parts.
Conduct regular inspections of hospital premises and identify repair requirements.
Coordinate with hospital administration for maintenance planning and improvement projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
