We are looking for a responsible and motivated Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to manage daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Monitor inventory accuracy, inward, putaway, and stock management.
Ensure timely order processing and maintain operational performance.
Manage manpower, shift planning, attendance, and productivity.
Monitor key metrics such as FTR, O2B, C2P, and inventory accuracy.
Ensure proper stock arrangement, bin accuracy, and cycle count completion.
Maintain store hygiene, safety standards, and audit compliance.
Identify operational issues and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and other teams to achieve business targets.

Requirements:
Experience in retail, warehouse, dark store, or quick-commerce operations is preferred.
Valuable team management and communication skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Location: Tambaram,Urapakkam, Mudichur, Mahindracity

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
