Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to bank customers.
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries.
Maintain daily calling records and update CRM.
Achieve assigned calling and collection targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 10th Pass.
Valuable communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
