Job Responsibilities
Handle complete servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of LiuGong heavy earth-moving equipment, including excavators, wheel loaders, and dozers.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, engine, and transmission-related issues.
Independently handle machine breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and in office service calls.
Perform machine inspections, fault identification, and technical troubleshooting.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and minimize machine downtime.
Prepare service reports, maintain job records, and coordinate spare parts requirements.
Guide operators on machine operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
Coordinate with the Service Manager and maintain positive customer relationships.
Follow company safety standards and service quality guidelines.





Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or a relevant technical field.
Solid hands-on experience in heavy earth-moving equipment servicing.
Excellent knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, electrical systems, transmission, and machine diagnostics.
Ability to independently diagnose and repair complex machine faults.
Strong practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and handle field breakdowns.
Good communication, teamwork, and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
