Assist in overseeing daily cleaning workflows for guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and staff facilities.
Conduct regular quality-control checks of cleaned rooms and public zones to ensure brand and safety standards are met.
Communicate room status updates (ready, dirty, out-of-order) to the Front Office in real time.
Monitor stock levels for cleaning chemicals, amenities, guest supplies, and linens, placing reorders as needed.
Assign daily shift tasks, draft work rosters, mentor room attendants, and deliver training on safety protocols and cleaning techniques.
Submit and track repair work orders with the Engineering/Maintenance department for broken fixtures, plumbing, or lighting.
Address guest complaints or special requests promptly, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
Help monitor departmental operating costs, vendor performance, and compliance with health and OSHA/safety regulations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
