Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CS Executive who has completed 21–22 months of CS Management Training / Articleship and is interested in handling Company Secretarial, ROC, MCA and corporate compliance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle ROC and MCA filings, including preparation and filing of statutory forms.
Assist in maintaining statutory registers, minutes books and other secretarial records.
Prepare documentation for Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and applicable rules and regulations.
Assist in drafting board resolutions, notices,
minutes and other corporate documents.
Track statutory compliance calendars, filing deadlines and regulatory updates.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, directors and internal departments for compliance-related matters.
Maintain proper documentation and records of statutory filings and company compliances.
Eligibility & Skills:
CS Executive / CS Professional candidate with completed 21–22 months of CS Management Training / Articleship.
Valuable understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, ROC filings and MCA portal.
Practical exposure to company secretarial and statutory compliance work.
Positive drafting, communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and other MS Office tools.
Willingness to learn, take ownership and independently handle CS-related assignments.
