ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Professional to drive business development and transaction closures across Mumbai’s commercial real estate market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop relationships with MNCs, corporates, brands, developers, landlords & investors
Generate and close commercial leasing, sales & investment transactions
Develop corporate and brand collaborations
Source office, retail, warehousing & logistics opportunities
Identify land acquisition and BTS (Built-to-Suit) opportunities
Manage client and landlord mandates from sourcing to closure
Lead client meetings, property presentations, negotiations and site visits




Maintain a solid qualified pipeline and CRM discipline

REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of commercial real estate experience
MBA Graduate – Mandatory
Solid knowledge of Mumbai’s commercial property market
Proven business development and closing track record
Strong network across corporates, MNCs, brands, developers and investors
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Fluent and well-spoken in multiple languages
Solid English & Hindi; Marathi preferred
High ownership, professionalism and result-oriented approach

COMPENSATION

Competitive Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹79,000.00 per month
