Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – HR to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of recruitment processes, strong coordination skills, and positive working knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across functions.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers and departmental heads.
Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, LinkedIn, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules, candidate feedback, and selection processes.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring status reports using MS Excel.
Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer acceptance, documentation, and joining.




Monitor recruitment progress and support timely closure of open positions.
Prepare regular recruitment MIS and ensure accurate maintenance of recruitment records.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, including filters, sorting, formulas, and data management.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment timelines.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.

Eligibility Criteria
MBA in HR / Human Resources.
1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
Willingness to work from the Gurugram or Faridabad office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
