Job Title: IT Executive (Troubleshooting & Networking)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Executive to provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi connections.
Resolve internet connectivity and system access issues.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for technical support.
Follow IT security policies and backup procedures.




Assist with system upgrades and network maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support or networking.
Knowledge of Windows, basic Linux, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
Solid troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:
CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA certification is an advantage.
Experience with cloud systems and remote desktop support is desirable.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
