Job Description

Digital Web Solutions is seeking enthusiastic, creative, and communication-savvy individuals to build a career in Influencer Marketing. This role is ideal for freshers who enjoy social media, content creation, and digital trends, offering hands-on experience in influencer outreach, campaign coordination, and relationship management. You will gain practical exposure to the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, from research and onboarding to execution and reporting, while developing essential communication and networking skills. This is a 6-month On-the-Job Training chance with the potential for full time employment based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Reach out to influencers through email, Instagram DMs, and other communication channels.




Build and maintain robust relationships with influencers and creators.
Assist in influencer onboarding, campaign coordination, and follow-ups.
Evaluate influencer profiles based on audience relevance, engagement, content quality, and campaign requirements.
Maintain influencer databases, outreach trackers, and campaign records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of influencer campaigns.
Track campaign performance and assist with basic reporting and engagement analysis.
Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, and emerging creators.
