Oversee the daily operations of all hospital departments.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and administrative teams for smooth functioning.
Ensure quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
Manage patient flow, admissions, discharges, and billing coordination.
Ensure proper maintenance of hospital facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
Monitor operational expenses and support cost control.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and applicable regulations.
Handle patient complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
Conduct regular departmental meetings and monitor performance.
Coordinate with HR, Purchase, Biomedical, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
