Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC/VMC machines and other machine shop equipment, ensuring maximum machine availability and smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC/VMC machines and machine shop equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize machine downtime.
Diagnose machine failures and take corrective action to restore operations quickly.
Ensure timely maintenance of machines to maintain availability and production efficiency.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
Inspect machine components, electrical systems, lubrication systems, and other critical parts.
Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve machine-related issues.
Identify recurring breakdowns and suggest improvements to improve machine reliability.




Ensure maintenance activities follow safety procedures and workplace standards.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine maintenance.
Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
Knowledge of machine lubrication, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.
Positive problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Preferred Candidate
2–3 years of experience in machine maintenance, preferably in a CNC/VMC machine shop or manufacturing setting.
Ability to identify faults quickly and minimize production downtime.
