Job Description

SLBS Marklance is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our sales team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into admissions.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads.
Explain courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures to prospective students.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with interested candidates to convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Provide skilled customer service and support throughout the admission process.

Requirements
Qualification: Plus Two or any degree.




Good communication and convincing skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Sales, telecalling, customer service, or admission counselling experience will be an advantage.
Target-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Immediate joiners preferred.
