Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads). The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of performance marketing, paid campaign management, lead generation, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Run and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ad spend for better results.
Set up and track conversions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Analyze campaign metrics and improve CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing for ad copies, creatives,



and audience segments.
Manage campaign budgets and prepare performance reports.
Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.

Required Skills
3–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is mandatory.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Experience in paid campaign management, lead generation, and conversion tracking.
Understanding of CPC, CTR, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROI, and ROAS.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns based on performance.
