Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Respond to customer complaints, feedback, and product-related queries professionally.
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain customer records, order details, complaints, and follow-up reports.
Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, delivery issues, and resolutions.
Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order status.
Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or reporting manager.
Maintain daily customer interaction and complaint reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
