Key Skills & Requirements

Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure or Google Cloud CI/CD Pipelines: GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps Infrastructure as Code: Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and managementContainerization: Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Bash or Python Monitoring & Observability: New Relic, Prometheus, and Grafana System Administration: Knowledge of Linux/Windows systems, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
System Setup: Configure and deploy recent workstations, laptops, and peripherals for employees, ensuring devices are joined to the domain, secured,



and ready for use from day one.
Asset Inventory Update: Maintain and regularly update the IT asset inventory, tracking hardware, software licenses, and equipment assignments to ensure accurate records and audit readiness.
User Support: Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, network, and access issues, troubleshooting and resolving tickets in a timely manner.

Cybersecurity - Code, server and infrastructure security knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications: Relevant cloud certifications, such as Azure Administrator or Google Associate Cloud Engineer, are an added advantage.Excellent Communications skills is a must.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
