Board: CBSE / Cambridge

Experience: 5–10 Years in School Leadership (Principal )

Job Responsibilities:
Provide effective academic and administrative leadership to the school.
Ensure implementation of CBSE/Cambridge curriculum and educational guidelines.
Supervise and monitor teaching and learning standards.
Lead, mentor and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
Develop academic plans, timetables and school policies.
Monitor students' academic performance and overall development.
Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, positive learning workplace.
Coordinate with parents, teachers and school management.
Conduct staff meetings, parent interactions and academic reviews.
Ensure compliance with CBSE/Cambridge affiliation norms and regulations.
Drive admissions, student retention and overall institutional growth.

Eligibility & Qualifications:
Master's Degree in any relevant discipline.




B.Ed is mandatory.
M.Ed will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in school administration or academic leadership.
Experience in a CBSE/Cambridge school is preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
Solid knowledge of school administration and academic operations.
