We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an E-Commerce Voice Process in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Assist customers with order-related and general e-commerce queries.
Maintain qualified communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.




Escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility:
12 Pass freshers are eligible.
Valuable verbal communication skills.
Good customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
