Job Summary:​Shree Balaji Nursing Home is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and skilled Full time ENT Surgeon to lead our ENT department independently. The ideal candidate must possess comprehensive clinical and surgical expertise, capable of managing all types of ENT surgeries, diagnostic evaluations, and specialized procedures single-handedly.

​Key Roles & Responsibilities:​Surgical Expertise: Independently perform all types of routine and advanced ENT surgeries with high precision and patient safety.​Diagnostic Procedures: Conduct thorough clinical examinations, including nasal/throat endoscopies independently.​

Audiology & Hearing Solutions: Personally perform and interpret Hearing Tests (Audiometry) and evaluate, fit, and manage Hearing Aids for patients.​OPD & IPD Management: Manage Outpatient Department (OPD), Inpatient Department (IPD), and emergency cases efficiently.​

Departmental Ownership: Take complete clinical ownership of the ENT unit,



ensuring high-standard patient care, proper documentation, and ethical medical practices.​

Candidate Requirements:​Qualification: MS / DNB / DLO in ENT (Otolaryngology) from a recognized and reputed institution.​Experience: Proven hands-on experience in independent surgical practice, diagnostic endoscopies, and audiology/hearing aid management.​

Registration: Valid Medical Council Registration (willingness to register/practice in Odisha as per state norms).​

Skills: Excellent communication, strong patient-handling skills, and the ability to work independently in a multi-specialty hospital workplace.​
