Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, productive, and uninterrupted functioning of the establishment.
Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to maintain high standards of performance, discipline, and professionalism.
Ensure prompt and effective resolution of guest complaints, feedback, and service-related issues.
Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with organizational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
Manage shift handovers, staff deployment, duty allocation, and operational priorities.
Handle operational challenges, emergencies, and escalated issues in a timely and qualified manner.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, security procedures, hygiene standards, and emergency protocols.
Conduct regular operational inspections to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.




Maintain accurate records of incidents, guest feedback, operational issues, and shift activities.
Monitor staff productivity, attendance, punctuality, and adherence to established service standards.
Monitor the availability and proper utilization of operational supplies, equipment, and other resources.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable statutory requirements.
Liaise with department heads and senior management to address operational concerns and improve overall performance.
Keep senior management informed of significant incidents, operational concerns, and matters requiring further attention.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
