About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented International Sales Development Representative to develop new business opportunities in international markets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential overseas customers, generating qualified leads, initiating conversations, and developing a robust international sales pipeline.

The role is particularly suited to candidates with experience in B2B international sales, export sales, manufacturing, engineering products, pumps, pump components, or industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop potential international customers, OEMs, distributors, importers, and pump manufacturers.

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online directories, trade portals, databases, exhibitions, and market research.

Research target countries, industries, companies, and key decision-makers.

Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and online meetings with international prospects.

Introduce company products and understand customer requirements.

Qualify leads based on product requirement, application,



quantity, purchasing potential, and decision-making authority.

Schedule meetings and product discussions with qualified prospects.

Maintain and regularly update the CRM and international sales pipeline.

Follow up consistently with prospects and convert enquiries into qualified business opportunities.

Prepare introductory emails, product presentations, quotations, and other sales communication.

Coordinate with Production, Technical, Quality, and Sales teams to address customer requirements.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and customer requirements.

Support the development of recent international territories and customer segments.

Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, qualified leads, meetings, enquiries, and sales pipeline creation.

Maintain qualified communication with international customers across different time zones.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
