We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR documentation.
Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Prepare HR documents, offer letters, appointment letters, policies, and agreements.
Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, and daily reports.
Coordinate with clients, candidates, and management for timely closures.
Robust communication, follow-up, MS Office, and organizational skills required.
Bachelor's degree required; prior experience in recruitment and HR documentation preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
