Urgent Hiring – Loan Associate

Location: Gurgaon

Role: Loan Associate

Salary: Starting from ₹4 LPA

Experience: 1–7 years in Auto Loan

Qualification: College Graduate

Age: Up to 35–36 years

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with banks for loan approval & disbursement.
Handle customer documents, file processing and down-payment follow-ups.
Manage pre-login, central login and instant approval processes.
Coordinate with customers, RM, closure team, banks and central team.
Handle loan cancellation and RTO follow-ups.
Provide loan details and delivery schedules to customers.
Ensure timely submission and processing of loan applications.
Handle loan process subjectivities and resolve documentation issues.

Requirements
Used car loan experience preferred/required.
Must have worked with more than one bank in used car loans.
Experience in Recent/Used Car Loan sector.
DSA experience is preferred.
Robust communication and analytical skills.
Hardworking, target-oriented and eager to learn and grow.
