Core Responsibilities
Instructional Support: Review lessons, run small-group activities, or provide one-on-one tutoring for struggling students.
Classroom Management: Supervise students during class, lunch, recess, hallways, and field trips.
Lesson Preparation: Set up equipment, gather learning materials, and help design or adapt daily lesson plans.
Administrative Tasks: Track attendance, record scores, calculate grades, and maintain classroom organization.
Specialized Assistance: Help students with disabilities, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), or English as a Second Language (ESL) needs.
Communication: Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and parents regarding student progress. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Adaptability & Organization: Ability to manage shifting schedules, multi-task, and handle unexpected classroom behaviors.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
