Job Description – Plastic Injection Moulding Shift In-Charge

Department: ProductionDesignation: Shift In-Charge – Plastic Injection Moulding

Job Responsibilities
Handle daily production activities and achieve shift production targets.
Operate and monitor plastic injection moulding machines.
Coordinate mould setting, mould changes, and machine parameter setting.
Monitor product quality and reduce rejection and material wastage.
Manage operators, helpers, and shift manpower allocation.
Troubleshoot machine and mould-related issues.
Maintain production reports, rejection reports, and shift handover records.
Ensure 5S, safety procedures, and PPE compliance on the shop floor.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room departments.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification:



ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Plastic Technology.
Experience: 3–5 years in plastic injection moulding.
Skills: Machine parameter setting, mould changeover, troubleshooting, manpower handling, and quality control.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
