Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Chat Support Executive with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support. The ideal candidate should have solid written communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally through live chat and email.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and concerns through live chat and email.
Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and account-related issues.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Respond to customer queries within defined turnaround times (TAT).
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
Meet performance targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution quality.




Follow company policies, support guidelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in chat support, customer support, or a similar role.
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Positive typing speed with accuracy.
Robust problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems.
Ability to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
Customer-oriented approach with patience and a professional attitude.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in international chat process.
Familiarity with live chat platforms, ticketing systems, or CRM tools.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
