Department: CV Service – Spare Parts

Job Purpose:

To manage spare parts stock, ensure the availability of required parts and support the service team in providing timely vehicle service.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily spare parts operations and maintain proper stock.
Ensure the availability of spare parts required for vehicle servicing and repairs.
Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when required.
Receive, inspect and store spare parts properly.
Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and returns.
Coordinate with technicians, Service Advisors and the Service Manager to meet parts requirements.
Ensure proper billing and documentation for spare parts transactions.
Conduct regular stock verification and report any shortages or discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage and prevent damage or loss of spare parts.
Follow company policies and Mahindra spare parts procedures.

Qualification:

Degree or Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Experience in automobile spare parts management is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
