Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager with a solid background in immigration sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing sales teams, converting leads into clients, achieving revenue targets, and handling immigration-related services.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily branch operations and oversee the sales team.
Handle immigration sales and client consultations.
Convert leads into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
Guide and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
Monitor sales performance, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
Build solid client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Train team members on sales techniques and client handling.
Coordinate with the documentation team for smooth client processing.
Develop strategies to increase sales and business growth.




Prepare sales reports and monitor individual team performance.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in immigration sales.
Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or Team Leader.
Solid knowledge of immigration and visa-related services.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in team management and business development.
Ability to handle clients, resolve concerns, and close sales.
