Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executives to promote and expand our Fixed Deposit business. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, customer relationship management abilities, and a passion for achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads for Fixed Deposit products.
Promote Fixed Deposit schemes to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Explain deposit plans, interest rates, tenure, and terms to customers accurately.
Achieve monthly sales and deposit mobilization targets.
Conduct customer meetings and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into business.
Develop referral networks and explore new business opportunities.




Maintain customer records and submit regular sales reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements
Graduation in any discipline preferred.
Experience in Fixed Deposits, banking, NBFCs, insurance, or financial services will be an advantage.
Freshers with solid communication and sales skills may also apply.
Positive interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of the local market in Thrissur will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
