Job Summary

D’LIFE Home Interiors is looking for a customer-focused and proactive Leads Executive to manage customer enquiries, qualify potential leads, coordinate with branches, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the project journey.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally.
Identify, qualify, and manage potential leads received through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and budget to provide relevant information about our interior design services.
Assign qualified leads to the appropriate branches or departments and ensure timely follow-ups.
Create and manage client WhatsApp groups and coordinate communication until project completion.
Handle customer concerns and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and a positive experience.
Manage customer communications through email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Schedule customer appointments, callbacks,



and follow-ups based on availability.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, collect feedback, and prepare periodic reports.
Maintain accurate customer records and support continuous improvement in customer service.

Skills and Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email, WhatsApp, and data-entry tools.
Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, lead management, or a call centre will be an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication and customer-handling skills may also apply.
