Key Responsibilities
Incoming & In-Process Inspection:
Inspect raw materials, excipients, and packaging components for defects, labeling accuracy, and proper seal/expiry dates prior to warehouse receipt.
Collect and test in-process samples at critical manufacturing milestones.
Analytical Testing & Analysis:
Perform wet chemistry, physical measurements, and instrumental analysis (e.g., pH, spectrophotometry, HPLC, or analytical balance checks).
Check visual quality, particulate matter, and container-closure integrity on finished biopharma products.
Documentation & Data Integrity:
Record all test results, measurements, and inspection data accurately in laboratory notebooks, ERP systems, or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and routine stability data reports.
Non-Conformance & Corrective Action:
Tag, isolate,



and log any non-conforming materials or out-of-specification (OOS) results.
Assist in root-cause investigations (such as using fishbone/Ishikawa diagrams) and deviation reporting.
Equipment Calibration & Maintenance:
Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory and inspection equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related life-sciences field.

Experience:
1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biological, or medical device laboratory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
