Role Description The Community Outreach Specialist is a part time, remote role responsible for growing and nurturing communities on LYFeX. This role involves identifying and engaging potential hosts, creators, and participants, and inviting them into relevant live rooms and communities. The specialist will organize and execute outreach campaigns, coordinate community events and collaborations, and maintain consistent communication with community members.



Day-to-day tasks include managing online interactions, gathering feedback, sharing platform updates, and supporting users in creating and joining meaningful sessions. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to improve community experience and contributing ideas for current engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
Strong Community Engagement and Community Outreach skills to build, nurture, and expand user communities.
Effective Communication and Writing skills to interact clearly with diverse audiences and create outreach messages and updates.
Solid Project Management skills to plan, execute, and track outreach initiatives and community programs.
Experience with online communities, social or live platforms, and user engagement strategies.
Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Comfort with real-time audio/video conversations and basic familiarity with virtual event or meeting tools.
Prior experience in community management, outreach, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
