Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Kanpur. The Sales Associate will interact with customers in person, understand their needs, present suitable products or services, and support them through the purchasing process. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, explaining product features and pricing, answering customer queries, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on inventory and orders, following up with prospects,



and meeting assigned sales targets and performance indicators. The Sales Associate is expected to contribute to a positive customer experience and uphold company standards in all interactions.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build trust.
